Transferring MP3 and Audio Tracks To Your Android Phone

T-Mobile released the very first G1 Android smartphone in 2008, when the Android platform was launched by Google. It was primarily designed to challenge the iPhone. The Android platform boasts an innovative complex OS that greatly improves users’ internet browsing experience.

Users will be able to access quality music via Android, in addition to surfing the Web Tubidy. It can be confusing to transfer music from your phone to your PC, as there is no direct sync like the Apple iPhone where music is loaded automatically from iTunes. Even if you’re not a tech expert, transfer music from your PC to your Android can be difficult. These steps will help you enjoy music on your phone.

First, determine what file types you want to upload. In this instance, ensure they are in MP3, AMR and WMD (8) formats. You also need to check and see if they have digital rights management-protection and if they have then they must be converted in order to play on your android phone.

Make sure you have a USB cable to connect your phone and computer in order to transfer your music. After the cable has been plugged in to both ends of the phone, the USB icon will be displayed on the menu bar. Scroll down and drag the menu bar until you see a message titled “USB Connected”. Tap on “Mount” to activate it. This will allow you to transfer files to your phone’s SD Card from your computer.

The dialogue box appears at the bottom right of your screen. Click on it to open the folders or files. To see this dialog box, go to the “start menu” and then click on “My computer”. Double-click on “Remove disk” to open it. You will then see a folder called “Music”, or you can create your own.

Now you should be able to access your music folder, or whatever you have renamed. After highlighting your music, drag the folder to the removable disc menu. Give it a few seconds to complete the transfer. To safely remove the cable from your computer, click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen. Next click on USB Mass Storage and click again on the “Stop” button. This will allow you to safely remove the cord. Drag the menu bar down as if you were opening the phone for the first time and a dialog box will appear stating “Turn off USB storage”. After clicking on it, you will be asked to confirm that you wish to turn off USB storage. This will ensure that you can safely unplug the USB cord from the phone, thereby preventing any damage or loss.

Now you can enjoy your music anywhere, anytime. All you have to do is open the music app on your phone’s screen and click on it. You can search songs by title, artist, or album to play them right from your phone.

Google’s operating system is currently the only one on the market. However, there are many more options available thanks to the development of advanced technology. You don’t have to be concerned though, as loading music may take longer.
